    I always knew my weight loss journey had to do with my head and my feelings because why did changing to a healthy lifestyle feel like losing a best friend? I couldn’t find anyone who understood this until I met Sheri. After my first 1:1 session I immediately started having a better relationship with food. Each week we worked through different thoughts and feelings and my relationship with food has gotten better and better. I’m no longer obsessing over food at a shared morning tea or feeling ashamed after eating one chocolate bar and then consuming 3,000 calories out of guilt.     25 years. That is how long i had been caught in the binge cycle (medically diagnosed). Out of utter desperation, curiosity and a lot of hesitation, I contacted Sheri. From our first conversation I felt understood. I have not binged once since. Importantly, there aren’t binge urges anymore.
